Ego hides then demands attention — ready to break the visibility loop? ~Crystal Wind

To complete our week of taming the fears of the ego, we wish to examine the last one of this series which is fear of being seen.

The ego self fears being seen if it is being driven by a fear of judgement, a fear of rejection/abandonment, or a fear of not being good enough. Ironically, once these fears are activated enough it will lash out or tantrum or indulge in all kinds of attention seeking behaviour, only making itself more visible and setting itself up for the very things it fears the most.

The Visibility Paradox

Can you see how this would keep someone in a loop of constant state of unease causing triggered outbursts and having a nervous system that never rests?

From Resistance to Cooperation

Your goal here, Dear Ones, is not to eradicate the ego it is to integrate the ego. It is looking for safe attachment with you. Just as you know you are part of the divine and the greater divine is always with you, the ego self wants to experience itself in the same way with you.

If you create safe attachment with the ego, offering love, acceptance, reassurance, and conscious guidance, it will settle. From that space you will have created cooperation for forward movement instead of continual inner resistance. You will start to feel much more peace from within which will calm your entire system. This will infuse your exploration into the new with far more grace, ease, and comfort than you have ever experienced before. It is time.

The ego seeks only the love your conscious self can freely give.
