Many of you are feeling fatigue – deep fatigue on all levels. We’d like to address why that is.

Making your way through the intensity of 2025 was no small feat. We’d like to offer you this example to help you understand why you may be feeling the way you are.

Your past year has been much like travelling over a vast expanse of quicksand. It was a very difficult journey that took a lot of energy. You did well because you didn’t panic. You stayed the course and didn’t allow the quicksand of 3D to swallow you up. You kept focusing on using your skills to get to the other side of the expanse of quicksand.

And now you are emerging out of the energies of 2025. You are largely out of the quicksand and walking is becoming easier. But just because you have made it through doesn’t mean you aren’t exhausted by the long and consistent effort you have made!

You have come out the other side of a phase that has taken tremendous energy. Now it is time to catch up. Rest. You are out of survival mode but you still have needs. Honour those needs. The time you are in is meant to rejuvenate you so you are ready for the new phase that is opening before you. Take as long as you need to restore yourselves physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
