Riding the Rapids of Life

If you were in a raft travelling down a stream and the water started to pick up speed and you knew there were rapids ahead, you would put your focus on staying in the boat and making it through the rapids to get to the other side. The same it is with your own evolutionary process. When the energies pick up speed and you know you are going into a period of intensity, you use your tools and focus to ride through the rapids. You don’t refuse to get in the boat because you know the only way to get to where you wish to go is through. You don’t jump out of the boat when things get hard. You hold on tight and stay focused in each now moment. You know that what you are seeking exists on the other side of the intensity, and that eventually the water will smooth out and bring you to brand new experiences.

Embrace the Gateway

This is where you are right now, Dear Ones. The intensity that you are experiencing is the gateway to the new. Hold on tight, remember what you know, stay present and aware, and know you are going somewhere new that you have never experienced before. ~Archangel Gabriel through Shelley Young
