Greetings Beloved Ones,

This is Archangel Zadkiel, along with Archeia Holy Lady Amethyst, and we greet you in Love and Light. Today we wish to discuss the importance of maintaining balance.

You are making great strides on your ascension path. You have maintained a center of balance as you have mastered many challenges and risen above obstacles on your journey. Your Light is radiating throughout the dimensions.

Your body is a field of vibrating energy. You are a beautiful shining Being of Light, and you exist within a larger field of universal energy. When the layers of your energetic field are in harmony and you are at peace with your surroundings, your aura glows brightly.

You have assimilated the current pattern of energy, and all is well.    

As the influx of higher vibrational Light continues to increase, you are being offered many opportunities to rise to higher levels of awareness and vibration.

This may include an increased awareness of current topics or entirely new avenues of understanding, or it may offer an opportunity to move to a higher dimensional level.

Your ability to receive this new information and energy and to incorporate it into your Being can be done much more easily when you have a balanced energetic field upon which this new energy can build. Therefore, continuing to maintain balance is important.

Your energy body or Light Body is composed of several energetic layers … physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.

When each layer is centered and balanced, your energy body could be viewed as a shining oval or sphere.

When incoming energy reaches your auric field, an adjustment process may occur. If the incoming energy is of a higher vibration than your current rate of vibration, it may cause a temporary feeling of being off-balance as your own energy field adjusts to and assimilates the new higher vibration. Usually this feeling disappears as your energy field assimilates the new vibration.

Recognizing your own patterns of adjustment can help this process occur more smoothly.

For example, on a spiritual level, an imbalance may have you wondering if you are still on your spiritual path. On a mental level, you may have trouble focusing. On an emotional level, you may experience anxiety. On a physical level, your sleep may be changed.

You may experience this adjustment in one or all of your energetic layers … physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual. 

Occasionally, an adjustment in one layer can ripple to another one.

This can be compared to dropping a stone into water. When this occurs, the ripples spread throughout the body of water as it accommodates the change. The same can be said of incoming energy into your energetic field. A temporary disruption occurs, and then homeostasis returns.

Realizing that these are temporary adjustments and looking at them as a detached observer can help you to move through them more quickly. 

You may also ask your guides and teachers to help you adjust to these changes and to bring any insights that are helpful for progression.

When these adjustments of energy occur in your life, taking time to pause and reflect can help you to regain your balance. This is a time to bring out your favorite techniques for maintaining stillness. You may wish to focus on your breath, chant a mantra, read inspirational material, or take a walk in nature. Whatever brings you peace can help you assimilate the new energy.

Just as an adjustment can ripple between layers, a calming practice can also have the same effect. If your thoughts become calm, you may feel your emotions settling down and your body relaxing. Your thoughts turn to a spiritual practice that brings you peace. The more often you practice your centering techniques, the more easily you can maintain balance.

As you continue with the things that you enjoy, a sense of well-being and ease can settle around you. Once again, your energetic layers are returning to harmony and balance, and your aura glows brightly.

You may wish to periodically review each energetic layer to see if it feels balanced and centered. By doing such reviews, small imbalances can be detected and corrected before larger imbalances occur.

You can also look at the incoming, higher vibrational energy as an opportunity for growth and progression. This energy allows you to raise your own vibration by assimilating the higher frequencies and releasing what no longer serves you. As you incorporate the new energy, you can gently rise to higher dimensional levels, and your Light shines even more brightly.

Beloveds, we are happy that you are keeping your energetic body in balance. We are with you as you incorporate this beautiful higher vibrational energy and rise to higher dimensions.
