Release and Allow

As you begin to feel the energy releasing and uncoiling in this new way, take time to process and release, and be gentle with yourselves as you awaken. This is a time of great shifts, big and little, so allow them to unfold and do not resist the process of change. Many of you are standing in your own way of holding back the guidance and information you seek to fulfill the purpose of your dreams.

The process does not have to be so difficult and is made more so by hanging on to what no longer is or never really was. Don’t look back, look forward and wish upon a star and then get yourself back into focus and on to what really matters to you.

Thought for today: Your awareness and understanding of life, the Universe, and everything is changing. Release and allow for life’s gentle unfolding.
