The key lies in remembering that by facing our problems or obstacles we can find the courage we need to overcome them. These choices when handled with grace and gratitude will create a positive impact on our personal evolution.

It is the truth that creates order out of difficult or confusing situations. It is also the truth that keeps your inner scales balanced, your energy free and your heart feather light.”
