November has been an incredibly powerful month thus far which has amplified our feelings and emotions.

With this amplification, deep seated patterns, fears, and beliefs are surfacing, sharpening our understanding of ourselves, our lives, and the changes that we are being called to initiate. The incoming energy has and continues to compel us to release what no longer serves us while making peace with the unknown. The last few years have taught us to expect the unexpected as unforeseen events have asked us again and again to adapt and change. Uncertainty has become the norm and even if you don’t feel ready for it, change is happening.

Embrace Life’s Unpredictability

Currently you are being urged to truly accept life’s unpredictability and to shift your perspective from needing answers to embracing the journey of life’s unfolding mysteries. This can be both deeply uncomfortable and profoundly liberating as it asks you to accept all aspects of being human. Now is not the time to deny your humanity or the complexity of your human experience. Remember that in these times of accelerated awakening, healing, and growth you are learning to cultivate the ability to navigate intensity with awareness and presence.

Emotional Integration and Reflection

As you move into this weekend, be mindful of the emotional depths you have been moving through. Recognize what has been shaken loose, the illusions that have dissolved, and the inner revelations you have received. Acknowledge the emotional integration that is now needed as understanding and insights become more and more available. Reflect on how far you have come and know that the intensity of the past few weeks will now become fuel for whatever action is required next.
