As cosmic energies continue to heighten our awareness, we are being guided to open our hearts, explore our inner depths, and approach life with greater curiosity and compassion.

Be Open and Curious

We’re moving from a powerful period where a greater connection with our soul is being facilitated. This deeper connection is taking us further into our healing journey, helping us reach the root of all that no longer serves our growth and expansion.

It is important to remember that we cannot heal what we don’t acknowledge and refuse to see. Acknowledging our wounds, traumas, fears, and uncertainties — and seeing them for what they are and where they come from — can be challenging. However, it takes an incredible amount of energy to ignore, dismiss, or disregard what needs to be seen, accepted, and ultimately integrated.

Healing Through Awareness

When we choose to face what is trying to get our attention and observe without judgment what needs to be addressed, clarity emerges and our energy is able to move in the direction of the new.

You may be feeling extra sensitive at the moment as the incoming energies expand the depth and breadth of your awareness. Allow yourself to navigate your way with openness and curiosity by responding consciously to what each day reveals.

Observe your emotions — their ebb and flow — and do not settle on any conclusions just yet. Instead of reacting or judging, observe your emotions without being carried away by them, understanding that they are temporary and will change. By doing so, you can respond more thoughtfully and avoid making premature judgments or decisions.
