Crossing the Threshold: A New Cycle Begins.

Yesterday’s New Moon signalled the official end of what has been a particularly heavy eclipse season. The atmosphere feels notably calmer allowing us to deeply exhale after the massive emotional releases that have occurred. A chapter of our journey has come to an end and, simultaneously, we are starting a new one.

Today we begin to cross the threshold into that new chapter and while we may sense and feel the momentum that is coming, today asks for one final moment of stillness where we can integrate the wisdom we have gained.

After the turbulence of the eclipse season, it is important to allow your nervous system to catch up with your soul. Before the cosmic fire of the new astrological year begins, use this space to intentionally leave behind what cannot be taken across the threshold.

Let your intuition map out the path that your courage will soon be asked to walk. Trust that momentum is coming, and with it, a new version of yourself will be activated.

Release What Cannot Cross With You.

Be mindful that a cycle is completing and you are being prepared for rebirth. This is a sacred in-between space—where endings are honoured and beginnings are quietly formed.

Let go of what feels heavy, outdated, or no longer aligned with who you are becoming. This is not loss, but preparation. What you release now creates the space for what is ready to emerge.

Trust that everything is unfolding exactly as it should. The stillness you embrace today becomes the foundation for the momentum that is about to carry you forward.
