Energy Shifts Are Forcing Deep Healing and Inner Balance

As we start this week we will be feeling the energy of tomorrow’s New Moon beginning to stir, creating an internal pressure which can feel uncomfortable.

This pressure can manifest as feelings of inner disquiet, fatigue, or a lack of motivation, which many are already been feeling. Despite these feelings we are being urged to recentre ourselves and to seek a balanced and flexible approach to all that we are experiencing.

This is truly a time like no other where what is occurring for us collectively is working to eliminate the toxic feelings, emotions, thoughts, beliefs and behaviours that perpetuate the division, separation, and imbalances we all hold. For many this is rocking the very foundations of their lives stripping away the pretence, and laying bare what needs to be seen. It can feel like everything all at once is surfacing for attention and release. As result, we can expect the pressure to continue to increase this week as the incoming light reveals the depths of the healing and rebalancing that is needed now.

Healing Through Pressure

With the New Moon the way forward will become clearer while also giving you a broader view of yourself and your life. Be mindful that the healing and transformation being demanded of you now can feel heavy, exhausting and draining as the incoming energies dig deep. You are urged to draw on and practice the tools you have gathered to support yourself.

Emotional Responsibility and Awareness

Recognize that you are being pushed into greater maturity and as such, must be vigilant and aware of your emotions, thoughts and reactions. Unconscious reactions are no longer tolerated in this space, so it is essential that you are mindful of your energetic responsibility and the energetic effect your feelings, thoughts and actions have on the world around you. Remember that all decisions, choices and actions must now come from a space of balanced awareness.
