Evolve Emotionally

The shift in consciousness we are experiencing is not some abstract idea, it is a tangible transformation that is impacting every facet of our being and our lives.

It is facilitating a change in the very fabric of life and as such, requires us to actively and courageously initiate new ways of living and being. It is the shift in consciousness which is amplifying the collective need to break away from established systems, societal expectations, and what has previously been deemed the norm, so that we may be true to ourselves, and the call for balance, harmony and connection. Currently we are being asked to evolve emotionally, and to let go of our attachments to the past, so that we can embrace the new reality that is forming in the wake of what is falling away. We can no longer hold onto familiar patterns and habits, and must now let go of their perceived safety and security to allow something new to be realized. Life is changing and as a result, what once felt secure and safe may no longer be an option. This can be deeply uncomfortable and unsettling and yet, there is greater clarity emerging that is giving us the confidence and strength needed to make different choices, to live different lives, and to act in alignment with our heart and soul.

Transformation and Letting Go

Over the next few weeks big endings and changes will unfold as transformation on a collective level is catalyzed. The way forward may not be clear and life may seem more confusing than ever. You are urged to remember that this is a time of profound closure, clearing, release and letting go. Allow yourself to see beneath the surface and observe the hidden dynamics that are influencing your inner and outer reality, the patterns, tendencies, desires, and unconscious emotions. Move with awareness while utilizing your intuition to determine truth from illusion, and fact from fiction. Much love Kate
