Find Calm in the Midst of the Storm

The waves of change continue to build in force and impact, which feels both disruptive and liberating.

The disruptive nature of change can feel chaotic and unsettling as it challenges our comfort zones, breaking down old structures and routines, which no longer serve our expanding consciousness. And yet, this very disruption is clearing the way for new beginnings, and opportunities that may have been impossible before. New paths, relationships, or ways of living and being are emerging, helping us to move through what is ending. Anything leaving our lives now has completed its purpose and will bring a release of energy which can then be used as fuel for the new.

Choosing the Path of the Soul

We have reached a critical step in our journey where we are being faced with the choice to continue on the path of ego, or embrace the changes and expand into the path of our soul. As old patterns are broken down, we can expect this choice to become more and more obvious. Choosing the ego path means remaining in the familiar and seemingly safe, but will limit potential and ultimately lead to stagnation. The soul path involves embracing change, uncertainty, and a more authentic self.

Finding Calm Amidst Emotional Storms

Recognize that in this time the waves of change are stirring the depths of the past, which can in moments be emotionally overwhelming as you are drawn deeper into the whirlpool of what is dissolving. Emotions may feel especially charged as repressed feelings rise up demanding release. To navigate this, you must trust your inner wisdom, release the need for control, and lean into the discomfort of change. The simple practice of being present and fully engaged with the here and now, without judgement, is key and will help you to find hope and strength in the process of transformation, embrace uncertainty, and find calm amidst the storm.
