Make Time to Regroup: Align Your Heart & Soul

When our heart and soul are in alignment it becomes easier to release attachments and free ourselves from the bondage of the past.

This state of congruence allows for a deeper sense of truth and presence. It fosters a connection with our core self, making us less dependent on external factors or past hurts for our sense of peace and identity. Currently, that alignment or misalignment is being emphasized showing us where we need to shift our energy or redirect it.

Admit When Change is Needed

This may be a time where you have to admit that continuing on the path you are on may not be in your best interests. It requires courage to admit that change is needed and it may be time to make different decisions, even though it may be difficult. The key is to trust your intuition, learn from your experiences, and be humble enough to adjust your course to one that is more aligned with who you are becoming.

Reach Beyond Your Current Experience

You have the capacity to reach beyond what you have always known and experienced. Make time today to regroup and ask yourself if your energy is being directed in the direction that is most beneficial for your growth and expansion. Allow yourself to recognize the patterns that keep you stuck and heal the parts of you that feel unworthy, the parts of you that worry that there isn’t enough. Acknowledge that the previous version of you made a choice, and it is ok to make a different one now.
