2025 has been a powerful year of transformation that has cleared the space necessary for the new cycle that begins in 2026.

This year has been characterized by the shedding of what no longer serves us as we move forward. Anything that could hinder our growth in the next cycle has and continues to be released.

The Challenges and Transformations of 2025

In so many ways 2025 has been an exacting and trying year as the demand for healing and release intensified. It has created a fundamental departure of what we have known and a transformative process of self-change. As we transition from one year and into the next, the energy of the past year recedes and the energy of the new year begins to flow in. In this space, existential questions may surface as we reflect on our experience of the year. In so many ways, who we are and how life is experienced has been changed.

Moving Beyond the Past

We often treat the future as a sequel to our past. We assume that what has already happened is the only reliable blueprint for what is to come. However, we are fundamentally different and must now move from the need to project the past and into a space of actively imagining new possibilities and envisioning a radically different but better future. Despite the busyness of the festive season, it is essential that you make time to reflect and gain perspective to ensure that your choices, decisions, and actions remain aligned with the continued changes that will unfold as you move into 2026.
