2025 has been a year of profound transformation and accelerated change with old cycles coming to a close in preparation for new beginnings.

It is a year that has pushed us to be flexible, adaptable, and open to change while developing and deepening our intuition. November continues with these themes inviting us to reevaluate the structures of our life, reassess what truly matters, and further explore new directions.

Review Your Deepest Needs

This week brings vast cosmic movements that will bring a necessary review of our deepest needs and the patterns, stories and energies that no longer align with who we are becoming. We start this week with the energy building towards the Full Moon on Wednesday, which will bring the energy needed to liberate ourselves from old patterns and cycles.

For many this past weekend brought to the surface old wounds and outdated stories that no longer serve and must now be released. Be mindful that you are being called to consciously process and release these issues to move forward in a healthier way. Your soul’s desire for new experiences is only getting stronger and as such, these issues can no longer be used to define your present or your future. Allow yourself to let go of the past and fully embrace the present, for it is in this moment that you have the power to reshape your future and create a new experience of life.
