Slow Down & Review: Reflect and Align Your Path

So much of our current journey of growth requires us to consistently refine and realign ourselves within the present moment, to find congruence between who we say we are and who we really know ourselves to be.

As a result, we must be willing to adapt and evolve as we learn and grow, becoming more mindful of our actions and the motivations that lie behind them. This helps us to reach beyond the obvious details of life to discern what is really essential, what truly matters, what must now be released and what old patterns we must free ourselves from. All of which can only be truly seen when we are present to ourselves and our lives.

This may have been one of the most energetically charged weeks of the year, which has brought us individually and collectively to a turning point in our journey. For many, emotions have been running high, and as you come to the end of the week you are urged to slow down and review to get clear. Ask yourself the following:

• What did the eclipse season reveal?
• What threads in my life have begun unraveling?
• What hidden beliefs, patterns, or fears surfaced that are now asking to be healed or released?
• What have I outgrown?
• What new knowing is emerging?
