Stop Resistance and Flow

The transformative energies of September have shaken us in ways that will only really become apparent as we move forward and into October.

Change is still very much a part of our journey and as such, we are required to consistently and continually rebalance ourselves within the evolving nature of our current experience. In recent weeks life may have felt more intense than usual as the incoming energies surged within us compelling us to confront the internal and external forces that obstruct our healing, expansion and growth. This confrontation, although challenging, is an essential part of where we are now as it demands that we take ownership of our past, our present and what we are bringing into form.

Today is a day to exhale, to let go of any tension that has been building up over the past month. Recognize that you are being guided to surrender deeper into the unknown and to let go before the next wave of expansion begins. Remember that life is inherently unpredictable and that not everything is within your control. Stop any resistance to the natural flow of things. Cultivate inner stillness and become fully present in the moment while also doing what needs to be done. Stay open and receptive to the ebb and flow of events and the natural movement of life that is carrying your forward.
