Dear Ones,

Perhaps you continue to question yourself.  Or your days are not yet filled with peace, much less joy and laughter.  Shifting to new actions in this new world is a recently initiated, ongoing process that is neither final nor perhaps observable.

You are a new being even to yourself, so your former interactions may not sparkle as they once did, nor do your interests necessarily coincide with what others find interesting.

You are as different from who you were 30 days ago as an infant is from a five-year-old.  That statement is not to negate your progress, but instead to inform you of the profound changes that have recently occurred in your life, forcing you to find new interests and actions.  At the same time, your tremendous growth spurt in those few days has likely left you exhausted or a bit lethargic.  You want to do this and this, but you do not have the energy.  Or you have enough energy to start the project, but not to complete it.

Yet, others are expecting you to be who they assumed you were before the recent dramatic shifts.  You are confused by their requests, and they are confused by your somewhat foggy responses.  Even though you used to do this or like that, those activities do not seem interesting enough for you to pursue now.

This is a time of confusion for you and those who have expectations of you.  What interests or excites you?  And why does everything seem so lifeless except for that, which you do not have the energy to fully pursue?  It is a bit like a five-year-old wanting to do something before they lie down for a necessary nap.

That last analogy is upsetting because you do not wish to be compared to a five-year-old, nor did you expect to eliminate actions because your physical being was too tired to continue.

Your physical being needs to rest and relax.

Of course, your outer world seems to be moving rapidly in the “wrong” direction, so you feel as if you are negating important issues or that, without your assistance, nothing in your outer world will change.  Those thoughts are merely your 3D caretaking role rearing its inappropriate head once again.  Those fully enmeshed in 3D are destroying their power minute-by-minute, just as you are moving beyond 3D at the same rate.

In 3D, there was no rest because those who rested lost their place.  ThreeD is about a continuous push into the focus of attention.  The phrase “work harder and longer” was the one most often promoted in your daily life.  Work and household tasks, child rearing, earning money, status, friendships, and on and on, with pieces constantly at the forefront, requiring work, work, and more work.

Your new world is about rest and ease.  The struggle is over.  Yet your need to maintain the 3D busyness you have honored for Earth eons seems more important than rest right now.  You believe that resting will force you to discard the family, community, or world you have worked so diligently to maintain.

Rest in 3D is about resting specific parts of your physical being so that you have enough energy to continue your 3D roles.  Rest beyond 3D is just rest.  The world will not disappear when you rest.  Your tapestry thread will not dissolve if you rest, nor will the tapestry disappear.  Rest is just rest, knowing that nothing will change in any part of your world while you rest.

The 3D go, go, go is over.  You are now focusing on what you need and want, rather than on what you should be doing or need to do to maintain your 3D position.  In 3D, your roles were so intertwined with others that no one could truly rest, like removing one leg of a three-legged stool.  There is no longer a need to keep running to ensure that the aspects others depend on you to complete are completed to their satisfaction, and therefore, your 3D emotional and physical security.  Your completion of tasks for others is over.  As is your completion of unpleasant tasks to maintain your position or status.

This is a new world with new rules.  It is the difference between group-thought and action, and independent thought and action.

Likely, your first concern is that independent thought will not be productive, for you must work with others to complete this or that task.  So it has been for eons, but is no longer.  Instead of forcing yourself or others to do what they should to meet society’s needs or maintain a certain level within that society, it is time to think and act more independently, finding tasks that are agreeable to your being today but might not be tomorrow.

Your 3D world was about creating stability through sameness in thought and action.  Everyone wanted the same house, clothing, financial abundance, family, or work life.  Those who did not achieve that dictated joy felt they did not meet social expectations.  This new world is completely opposite.  Those who try to follow or copy others will find themselves ignored.  No one expects or wants others to be like them.

ThreeD promoted sameness. This new world will promote uniqueness.

So it is that many of you find your body demanding rest as it adjusts to its new world, with new expectations generated from within rather than from outside its being.  At the same time, you are adjusting, so is the Earth.

The only beings not adjusting are those firmly enmeshed in 3D, where fear compels them to follow others’ thoughts and actions and to negate their inner needs.

This is a very unstable time.  Not for those beyond 3D discovering themselves, but for those entrenched in 3D.  ThreeD will wobble more and more as Earth beings leave its orbit.  Those in outer-directed power will impose more rules and fear, trying to maintain their world, not realizing that they are destroying the very world they wish to enlarge by ignoring Earth changes and the changes of those, like you, who are beyond 3D.

ThreeD will not disappear from Earth in this lifetime; instead, it will become so blatantly counter to everything happening that 3D will become a small, unpleasant segment of the population, which will shrink with each passing year.  Not because those beings who wish to remain in 3D are terrible, but because they refuse to grasp the new trend of independence and freedom.  So be it.  Amen.

Rest is the new revolution. Allow yourself the gentle pause your soul now craves.
