Yahyel Channeling – Ancient Science of Energy Medicine

Good morning Earth humans, we hope you are all having a good Saturday in your world. The channel has asked us to address the idea of healing the physical body.

And so we shall begin with the breath. Oxygen is life – breath is lifeforce. Learning to breathe correctly is essential for the proper functioning of the body. Good deep, if you wish, yogic breathing is an essential part of your daily routine if you wish to heal your physical body. This along with periodic detoxification, good raw organic food substances making up the primary part of your diet and good clean water, two litres per day minimum. There are many teachers of breathwork on your internet systems – old and new.

The Energy Body And Physical Health

From here we would like to touch into the topic of energy medicine. It has been understood for thousands of years in your world that maintenance of the energy body, of your energy body, is essential for optimal health in your physical reality.

You are energy beings first, physical beings second. A healthy physical body follows a healthy energy body. So begin this practice daily:

Begin to tune into the consciousness of each of your chakras. You can learn what we mean by chakras or energy centres by researching your internet systems. And we refer to the seven main traditional chakras here to begin with. More will be coming in later transmissions.

For now begin by tuning into the consciousness of each chakra one by one and ask it what it is feeling. Many of you have been playing and experimenting with the idea of channeling and psychic abilities. If you haven’t, just follow along and see what you notice. With time this practice will develop.

Each chakra has its own consciousness, its own awareness, its own sense of being. Begin to view your chakras as individual centres of awareness. Each with its own beliefs, perspectives and energy momentum.

Heart-Centered Healing Practice

Each day, in the morning and evening, combined with or after your breathwork workout. And also combined with some yoga, tai chi or qigong if you wish. Go through each chakra and sense into the energy it is emitting. Feel the emotion it is projecting as an energy field around it and into your body. See if you can feel into the thoughts and beliefs connected to these emotions.

From here tune into your heart’s energy and feel how the heart’s energy and perspective differs from these chakras. Except of course for the heart chakra where the perspective will be of itself. Commune this heart centred wisdom to the other chakras – make them aware of the higher perspective, one by one along with sending them the sensation of unconditional love. The heart is the gateway to the soul and will help the other chakras understand a perspective of reality more true and aligned with your soul and higher self. This will begin their healing.

The more you do this over the coming weeks and months ahead the more your energy body will balance out. This will heal distorted thoughts, beliefs and emotions in your chakra body that will allow the chakras to resonate closer to their optimal frequency vibration. And allow them to spin and create life force energy correctly.

Life Force And Source Energy

For these are your life force centres. These are where God consciousness enters your body. This is where the frequency vibration of vital Source energy enters into your being. This is where your vital healing force enters and heals.

This will continue to resonate throughout your body – healing, rebalancing and fully revitalising with Source energy – your minor chakras, your meridians, and your auric field.

This is the key to self healing that most modern medicinal practitioners in your world are missing. This is the vital key that needs to be returned to modern medicine for the healing of your society.
