How the Galactic Fraternity Operates

Atena, I would like to learn more about how the Galactic Fraternity operates on Solter. Can we dialogue on this subject?

Foelia, I am willing to answer all your questions. There is no taboo, or ridiculous questions. Every hand you extend to us deserves to be met where it reaches out. The power of a sincere request is the lever that allows the encounter. We have the joy of slipping into each of these requests.

How our fraternity operates. That is what you wish to explore further. Welcome aboard my world-ship! Here, everything is created to allow new paths for the exploration and exportation of life. Our task is multidimensional and multiplanar. What I mean by that is quite simple to understand: we operate on several planes, several densities. One of the objectives we pursue is to welcome within us this spirit of fraternity, down to the most unconscious worlds. That is why we project ourselves into deep matter, as is the case with the Solterians of which you are now a part. We plunge deeper and deeper into density and thus branch our channels of consciousness throughout the cosmos. Wherever we find a land conducive to sowing, we work. In every world ripe to cross a threshold of consciousness, we intervene.

Are there many worlds like ours in this cosmos?

Yes, an infinity. That would be my immediate answer to your question, because we operate through the cosmic unconscious… which takes root in time. Now, understand that time is infinite. There will therefore always be work for us, because creation is perpetual.

But you can specify your question, and I will specify my answer.

In our system, for example, how many worlds are as dense as ours?

We can say that there is only one, in the sense that there is only one plane on this specific frequency. And it is only on Solter that life is found on this plane, with a few exceptions. In other words, your system is uninhabited on the frequency of perception that is yours currently.

Solter is etherizing, isn’t it? Isn’t this in contradiction with this objective you spoke of which consists in bringing the consciousness of fraternity deeper and deeper into density?

Look: the consciousness with which we operate raises the vibratory rate of beings. Thus, we speak of a transition of the consciousnesses populating a given world. These consciousnesses, yours for example, raise the material vibrations in the range of frequencies. It is this movement of plunging and rising that we work. In every world, there is a gradient of density. The civilizations that succeed one another there have the role of first imprinting an anchoring, then a rising. A being who lives this complete cycle of involution then evolution becomes capable of being a transforming agent of worlds. And the more he forms himself in this sense, the more he can plunge deeply and thus go to cultivate the densest and most obscure recesses of the cosmos.

Do all the beings who are part of the Fraternity act in this way?

No. There are many possible roles to play. Plunging and rising is one possibility of action and personal fulfillment. It is one path among others.

World-ships, there is a whole armada in the cosmos! The cosmos is much more dynamic than you can currently represent it. There are constant flows. Compare this to your body and its circulatory system. Imagine yourself as a red blood cell traveling the circuit. You have little impression of advancing, because you are always next to the same neighbors. Neighboring galaxies are always neighboring, and this for an extremely long time in your perception. Next to the physical globules, there are many flows of force. There is electricity, magnetism and others still. We participate in the electromagnetic flow in this cosmic biology, with this capacity for densification into physical molecules.

If I speak to you again about my ship, it is an informational wave, but it can become a physical particle by concentrating, by densifying. This is elementary and simple. In truth, it is a human capacity: to be able to densify at will, to delocalize at will. It is a bit veiled in your perceptions, but we all carry this capacity. It is moreover this that makes us humans. We are not made to be static, we are the manifestations of dynamic flows, capable of carrying themselves through the layers of density, and of opening to multiple dimensions.

You see plants as immobile and animals as mobile. The human has yet another mobility, in a direction other than that of animals: this capacity for densification, for change of plane. This capacity only needs to be awakened. Your soul can already do it, but the whole challenge is to bring your bodies to be able to follow the movement. For this, they must be very conscious and learn to follow your will. This is what we call the mastery of space and time, which can also be called the mastery of matter, or simply the mastery of the body. It is the ultimate goal of every soul on your world, whether it has already realized it or not. One frees oneself from the attraction of a world only when one develops sufficient mastery to transcend it.

That is the role of a cosmic human. And you are just as much as I am.

Then there are levels of maturity and worlds that offer the possibility of “rebelling” against life itself. These are game planes freed from constraints, locally, in order to experiment with amplified free will even into unconsciousness. It is a form of experience. It is not a mistake, quite the contrary. These are experiences that amplify the sense of creation. And it is this type of experience that is underway on Solter: to be able to play with free will, even to unconsciously unbalance the harmony of the wave of life. But this is circumscribed locally and closely monitored. We also have the mission of this surveillance.

And what do you do when things go wrong?

We intervene. In a thousand ways. The Solterian experience is extremely monitored. And we are intervening, by bringing new ferments to germinate harmony again. Don’t you remember having descended for this reason, Foelia?
