Message From The Elders: Let Intuition Guide You

When you want to call forward your intuition, how might you do that? Perhaps, consider expanding your intuition to a greater capacity than it is now.

You are intuitive, but you can become more insightful in your daily dealings and realize inner attributes more readily than before?

When you seek something and have no idea how you will bring it forward, enter into a state of reflection. If there is nothing that appears in your mind's eye, open up to the possibility that you have sought this or something like it before. How can you draw upon a life that you no longer see or no longer feel connected to? Can you do something to bring back an expertise that you had once, in another time? Is that possible? All things are possible if you believe that this or that can be so.

Sit in meditation. Still the mind. Focus on the desired aspect or outcome. Ask that those aspects which could accelerate you in this moment, be brought forward to this life and time. How might you do this?

As you read these words, feel the attributes shifting through time and space as they race towards you. See them as if through a fog as they materialize before you. See your desired outcome within arm's reach and within steps. You reach out your hand to touch them, but the ideal you hold is slightly out of reach. See yourself striving to connect with each thing now as you sit with this intention. Sit with it as if you are sitting with a most wondrous gift. These are your creations. They are creations from another time and space, and are before you, waiting to connect once again.

Sit with this now, and practice these steps. Do so with the intention that you will connect what was already created by you once or twice before. A quality or gift that is waiting for you to once again own as you have called it forth through time and space. It is surely there as you see it now, and do draw it into your field of awareness. It is there as you breathe in. Feel and see it becoming connected to you in this life.

Intuition – Your Inner Guide

How might you, in this example, grow your inner guide? Clear your mind. Sit and see yourself in another time. Perhaps centuries before this one or centuries in advance of this one life. Or even, perhaps see and claim what you have created by the end of this life… now. Time and space are only relative, and so you can move beyond the limitations you perceive as you sit to focus upon growing your intuition. Now see yourself in a scholarly way. In this example, you are aware of your increased inner awareness and know that you have expansive, unseen talents. Focus upon precisely what you now seek. Do so individually, so that you might gain what is sought from this exercise.

As you see specific ideas take shape here, see each accessible. Those things that have not been gained previously now travel to you like an energetic jet or high-speed train. In this way, bring exactly what you desire to you. See this energy come from above as it becomes incorporated into your being. Now see that you are reporting with this soon-to-be-integrated energy. Can you feel it integrating now?

Do this several times if necessary until you feel the integration occur. See the integration occur into your heart, head or wherever you conceptualize this energy message. Breathe deeply as you integrate with it. Sit in stillness, wonder and awe.

Grow Your Intuition

You see, everything is energy. And so is your intuition. The key is to take the energy in a form that you can integrate it into your being for your use now. How might the thing you desire most become integrated and now be an active part of you? What lights you up? It, too, is like developing a muscle. As you work it, it will grow and expand.

Seek to feel the integration. Repeat the steps until you feel the wind in your hair from the speed by which a train, plane or other method of pure energy comes surging in. Maybe see it as a lightning bolt that is traveling through time and space towards you. See it explode with Light as it enters the area around your own personal energy field. See its integration so that it is now reported and a part of all that you are.

See any distractions that have taken your focus off of this integration as an unnecessary occurrence. Let encumbrances fall to the ground as you recognize they have no merit or value in this exercise.

Now see the area around your body as a white light shield that does encircle and protect you. This includes your thoughts and ideals. Anything less than seeking entrance is blocked by your free will to limit its entry. You see, you are not only the gatekeeper of your mind, but also of all that enters into your awareness.

All is sacred, and for the purposes of this example, you want to consciously limit (by your free will) lesser energy from entering in. You do have the ability to reduce or vastly limit what is within and outside of you by your choice to do so.

Set the intention that you are the one who will allow or not (allow) those things that come to either help or hinder you on your path. Use your intuition this way. Yes, while your feet are firmly planted on this Earth and while this is so, you do have the option to limit what restricts you.

What if you do not yet know what you want to bring forward into your current life? Or what if you do not believe in past lives? How might you work through this exercise? Might you ask for those things which you will accomplish by the end of this lifetime (now)? They exist in time because of you. They are your expressions, and they are also what you have accomplished through your own merit and are to be created and learned here. Why couldn't you ask Universe for all of your creations now?

And so play with this one exercise until you are able to feel the integration, sense it or simply see it taking place in your mind's eye before moving beyond this exercise.
