Good morning. November 1st and our first snowfall of the season. And my dog Lyra, the one with the bushy tail, is so happy. This is her kind of weather.

Yeah. I tried to do a video yesterday and I had to scrap it because I've been just feeling so upset about what I see going on in the States with the thugs.

And so anyway, I had to scrap that one because it's, you know, I'm thinking about the video I did on rage and I'm not feeling that energy stream to be sending that out. I'm not feeling that to be helpful. I'm sort of floating through my life filled with gratitude to be here in this place and just somewhat removed from the goings on and just sending out gratitude and peace and love.

And yes, I do tap into that feeling of rage, sending that wave out to the thugs, envisioning them toppling — I mean just falling down, not harming anyone. I just walked up the hill, so I'm a little out of breath. Ah, just enjoying the beauty here. Flashing in to say hello.

And um yeah, so this is me tuning into what is coming forth in November and I'm seeing spirals of light — almost like towers coming up from human beings on Earth. There are so many of us who are tapped into the quantum field of energy — that's the non-physical that is part of our beingness. And the more we tap into that through our consciousness, through our awareness and meditations, the more we bring it down into our experience here on Earth in the physical.

Because we are, it's as if we're stretched — balancing this non-physical quantum beingness within us and also the physical body that we are inhabiting. And at the same time as we embody our unique soul essence, our unique soul frequency, we’re embodying that more and more fully. Many of us have been working for years clearing what isn't our truth so that we can bring our soul essence more and more fully into our being. And it's very joyful — it’s very joyful to feel that happening within and to be doing this consciously.

Telepathic Connections and the Crystalline Grid

As we continue on our path, we're also tapping into telepathic experiences with one another. I love connecting with the crystalline grid — that quantum grid around planet Earth — and feeling all the consciousnesses of people also tapping into that grid. It’s very nourishing and nurturing, like holding hands with humanity, holding hands with the world.

There are so many of us awakened to this now, and more awakening every day. We need to keep the faith in the midst of the horrible things happening to innocent people and send out comfort and peace — like warm hugs to those who are suffering. Around the world — in Gaza and beyond — so much is surfacing for clearing. It may not feel like clearing, but it is. The poison is rising to the surface. By tuning into the collective consciousness and crystalline grid, we help lift that poison off the Earth.

Clearing the Old and Reclaiming Our Power

We are in a time of seeing the poison of patriarchal frequencies. Maybe because it’s Halloween, but all October I’ve been drawn to stories of witches — the Salem witch trials, the persecution in Europe through the 1400s to 1700s. There really never were witches, only healers, midwives, herbalists, psychics. And now — there are witches, in the truest and most beautiful sense. We are back.

Many of us have had lifetimes where we suppressed our voices out of fear — fear of torture or death. But now that fear is lifting. We are speaking our truth, opening to our psychic abilities, intuition, and inner knowing. This is a good focus: to surround even those doing harm with light, love, and peace — and when appropriate, the rage of protecting the innocent.

The energy work we do is powerful. Whether alone or in groups, there is strength in our numbers. We can send energy in meditation — or even while walking, doing the dishes, creating art, writing, or talking with friends. We are never truly alone. Our guides, angelic beings, and intergalactic allies are always near if we wish to bring them in to help us hold the light.

Rising into Higher Frequencies

No one is coming to rescue us. It is through our intentions that peace will come. We are here for great healing. Though it’s hard to witness the world’s pain, this is not forever. We chose to be here — to bring more light, to change the frequency.

Very high vibrational frequencies are entering through our sun into Earth and our consciousness. This affects us on the quantum level — shining through our spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical layers. Many are still releasing the past, rising above ancestral trauma tied to poverty, fear, and helplessness. I keep seeing a hot air balloon, tossing out sandbags and rising higher. We are releasing karmic weight. We are done with all that. We rise together into higher harmonic frequencies as codes of light activate within us — awakening deeper knowing, soul memory, and ancient gifts.

Ask for these memories to arise. Tune into your soul frequency. Remember that you are vast — multi-dimensional, intergalactic, luminous.

We rise, each within our spiral of energy — spiraling out the dense vibrations we no longer need. This is happening now. And that is good news. We are powerful together.
