The reason you are alive and living life today is to discover the thing that your Soul wanted to understand during this Earth Experience. If you had already accomplished that, then you would not be here now. You would be off and away from this planet. Away from all the mentally inspired objectives that seem to keep each one engaged and tethered here.

Healing Past Lives

The point of knowing your past lives is to bring wholeness to what was lost in another lifetime. Were you to have made a significant spiritual advancement previously, then you would probably not be here currently.

Live Life from the Heart

Becoming consciously aware of the thoughts you are thinking and knowing you must begin from the heart space, as opposed to mentally, is the best way to begin. Recognize that you are and have been predominantly in a mind game. The mind is what judges. The mind is what criticizes. The mind is what takes a lovely day and turns it into something else. The mind initiates lesser objectives, moving new checklists into play.

If, however, you have begun each day from the heart space, then this would not apply to you. Be one who is always in search of more. Reach for more today than yesterday. Discover what you have missed recognizing before.
