Recently, we had an experience involving a disappearing object.

We were having supper one evening. I brought our plates to the kitchen, each with a piece of leftover chicken on it. I then went back to the table to collect the remaining items. When I returned to the kitchen, I noticed that one of the plates was empty.

I asked Johnny, “Didn’t you have a piece of chicken on your plate?” He said yes, and we looked at each other and said, “Perhaps Spirit has something to do with this. They are probably having a good time now.”

At that moment, Spirit popped in and said to Johnny, “We like to have fun too.”

Laughter is very, very important for your physical and mental health. It releases tension and makes human life much more pleasant. People already suffer enough by overthinking their fears and worries, and by remaining stuck in the past.

Why shouldn’t we have fun in our dimensions? We like to laugh and make jokes too—just as we did when we played with you and dematerialized that leftover piece of chicken!
