Dear friends,

I am Jeshua. I speak to you as to equals. I am a brother and a friend. I am familiar with all that it means to be a human being.

It is precisely through what is human – all the feelings, emotions, and searching – that you achieve the deepest fulfillment. Letting your soul shine through all your humanity – that was my way and that is your way. It is not about transcending your humanity, your emotions and fears, but rather about lightening and transforming them from within with warmth and compassion. You journey with your own light in the darkness.

The leap into the deep, which is every incarnation, including your current incarnation, aims at finding the light deep within yourself, and allowing it to burn and radiate in this world that is full of illusion, fear, and ignorance. It is your greatest task in this world that you find the original light that is yours and no one else’s. If you find your original light and unique truth, then this will also illuminate the world around you. You are not here to adapt to the existing order, but to discover something new and to share it with others.

Feel the Call of Your Soul

Feel this something new within yourself. Feel that there is something in you that is entirely yours, which does not come from your upbringing or from what has defined you: the education you have received or the many voices of society that speak to you. That there is something independent beyond all that conditioning, something new and fresh and not of this world. It is your soul who calls to you and who wants to manifest here in its own way. Your soul is not far away; it lives in all your body cells, in your energy field, in your moods.

I ask you to now connect with your soul’s presence by consciously descending with your breath into your abdomen, and relaxing as you do this. Take a moment to feel where you are by connecting with all that surrounds you here, and with the Earth. Feel your feet resting on the ground and become aware of your entire body, from your head to your toes. Feel as if you are more than just your body. Your body looks as if it is a collection of limbs and organs, but you are actually an entire, whole being. You can feel this in your body, too. You can experience your body as an entire field. Try sensing that, and feel the energy flowing. Become aware of your legs, your lower back, your spine, and the energy in and around your chest and your heart. Become aware, also, of the energy in and around your head. There is so much going on in you. You are constantly thinking, feeling, and observing, and these activities cause energy currents to flow in and around you.

Return to the Still Center

You often look for a perspective that will guide you by giving you a sense of direction: “Where should I go? Where should I be? What should I do?”. But because you hear so many external and internal voices, and because there is so much activity and movement in your body and energy field, it is hard to find a still place, an anchor or grounding. Sometimes you listen to the voices of people you trust, voices of friends or loved ones. Or you listen to a teacher, someone you consider to be an authority because you believe that person has a certain knowledge that can help you. It could be so, but the thing that is really true for you can be determined only by your own “I”, your own unique center: your soul. You are the touchstone for everything when it comes to your experience, choices, and decisions. That is why it is so important to experience an anchor, a center.

My message today is that this center is not out in the world. And by “world”, I mean all the influences that come from outside yourself, even those from your genetic predisposition that came from your parents and ancestors, and from the culture you grew up in – all the influences I have already mentioned. There is something in you that is independent of all that, and that something is what has incarnated here. In that is an impulse, a soul power, which is entirely your own. Only that can really be your center and anchor, your beacon. Everything else is secondary and will distract you from the truth if you do not first fully recognize and sense your own uniqueness.

Embodying the Light of the Soul

But it is not so easy to do, because you have not been taught how to do it. It has not been part of your education and upbringing to introduce you to that unique soul energy within you. Children are usually taught to conform to society as it is. Although there is a growing interest in individuality and uniqueness, what I am proposing here is much more radical. Your soul is coming here to bring in something new. The existing order at present is not based on love and harmony. Most structures in the world are based on fear and false authority, but the part of you that has come to bring in something new, even for yourself, does not want to adapt to these structures. You are an outsider to a certain extent, and that was the intention.

When I talk about this anchor, this center within yourself – your unique soul consciousness – what does that evoke in you? Can you feel it present in your energy field, in your body? And if so, where is it? The best way to experience this essential presence within yourself is to observe silence and to sense clearly what you really feel. For example, when you interact with the world around you, in your work or relationships, be aware of what you are feeling. Do not push it away, but look at your own truth. Do not be the one that simply tries to preserve outer harmony. No, really try to see what is going on inside yourself, what you really feel, and also what you need to do to stay true to yourself or to come to yourself.

Finally, I would ask you to imagine that your energy field is an array of colors. Colors represent energies and moods. All shades of colors swirl around you. Now ask your energy field: “What color do I need? What color can help me feel better balanced?” Spontaneously see a color that feels good. Just go with the flow of your imagination. Do not question if it is true or not. Just take the first and best color that comes to mind – it is a stream coming to you. Let that color heal you and flow to those places in your body, your energy field, which will benefit the most – the color will find its way by itself. Feel the presence, the energy, of this color. It will help you to get closer to yourself.

It may be that there is also a message there; that you feel what that color, that energy, wants to bring to you. The color may bring tenderness, so you can be more gentle with yourself, or it may mean for you to become more powerful, to stand up for yourself. It can mean all kinds of things, but you know best. You are your own deepest authority, the author of your own life.
