Sometimes you need love, and I put my hand on your forehead. My touch is so light you may not feel my hand, yet you will relax and experience a peaceful harmony that soothes your pain.

I am Kwan Yin. I am very old and have treated many of you from time to time—especially when you are sad or in pain.

I am a healer and this is what I have always done. I notice a trend right now: many of you feel worse than you're used to. Strong energies are moving throughout the universe and they can produce different symptoms for different people. You may not feel any of it, or you may notice dizziness, nausea, tiredness, or sadness—the most common signs.

Just relax and don’t worry. If you are unsure of the origin of symptoms, seek medical counsel, of course. But otherwise, being gentle with yourself and avoiding stress is very helpful now. Drinking a little more water than usual is also beneficial.

Love-Breathing (a simple practice)

How to do love-breathing:

• Relax and close your eyes.
• Envision someone or something you love: a person, a flower, a kitten, or a treasured memory (even the scent of your grandmother’s pancakes).
• Bring that loving image into your heart and breathe it in. Feel the love expand in your chest.
• Stay with that gentle, loving breath for several minutes. Let it soften and heal you.

It’s all about happy, loving memories. You remember them by breathing them into your heart—this expands the healing. You are a healer too; you begin with yourself. Love-breathing is essential—alfa and omega—for your practice.
