This earthly incarnation can be the life of all lives. The days are overflowing with tasks and the solutions bring you closer and closer to God. While a battle rages outside, you are reborn deep within.
TRUE MEDITATION
Loved people,
turn to God in all matters! God is the first and only authority for all your worries, needs and fears.
Come to God with your fears until you are ready to share your happiness with God too. This is the way! Meditation starts with your worries and leads to love and happiness.
That is the real meditation and that is the real life. Because everyone has many reasons to be grateful, fulfilled and delighted beyond measure.
This is all the more true today. Right now you are presented with exams and challenges that will move you forward and allow you to achieve mastery.
You were not only born to take part in this game, but so that you could master this time.
You master them when you can see a welcome challenge in every event and an exercise for your mastery in every situation.
What you can learn and acquire today has the potential for great growth steps. Some people achieve mastery and they will set the capstone of their earthly journey in this life.
Those who can anchor deep inner peace today, who now remain in love and who are ready to practice forgiveness on everything and everyone, will find perfection at the end of their days.
Until then, turn to God with matters big and small. God knows you and he knows about your needs and fears. But God knows you your joys and your happiness. Increase it by exposing yourself more and more to the light of God until nothing is left of you.
In the end you dissolve in God and you find yourself again.

Joyfully accept life's challenges for they are the rungs of the ladder to heaven.
