Greetings beloved ones, I am the consciousness/collective energy known as Melchizedek.

You may also call this vibration Lord Melchizedek. It is my purpose to come forth to share with you that I am assisting your ascension process at this moment; the rhythms, the movements of your ascension, and in fact, the ascension of all beings on this earth.

A Pool of Sadness Within

I wish to draw your attention to something within your being that is almost like a pool of energy. This pool of energy may be something that you try to ignore or you try to look the other way. It could also be something that you feel often and yet never seems to resolve. I am speaking of a pool of sadness within your being, like a pocket or portal of sadness that is present.

Each person’s pocket or portal of sadness is different. For some, it was created during their childhood, and for some it was an extreme circumstance during their adulthood. For others, it is the deep connection with humanity or nature that creates and activates this sadness; a deep sadness.

It could be a sadness at the way humanity acts or a sadness because of circumstances that have occurred to nature, animals or Mother Earth.

Sometimes people feel sadness because of their separation or their feeling of separation with the Creator. All beings are always connected with the Creator, however, the illusion created in the mind can mean that you feel separate from the Creator, separate from your essence/truth, separate from everyone else, when this is not the case.

The sadness within you often isn’t visible and yet it is something that you are carrying around and something from which you are actually creating.

When you create your reality – when you call in the energies of the Creator to guide you and support you in creating what you wish to experience – the creation might just take a little droplet from that pool of sadness and add it to that creation, because that is something you are carrying with you.

The Breath of Ascension

In this time of ascension, there is a wonderful opportunity we like to call a breath; it’s a pause, a moment. Because of the completion and reset energies that are taking place at this time, there is a moment.

It’s like you’ve been on a long journey and maybe you come to the finish line. You take a moment to breathe, to gather yourself, to reflect where you have been, what you have done and what you have achieved. Then, maybe create new ideas/dreams/goals that you wish to acknowledge and wish to experience in your reality. This breath/moment/stillness, allows you to look within. There are so many areas of your being that you could look into.

I, Lord Melchizedek, wish to encourage you to look into that sadness because I feel that, at this moment, it will offer you the greatest abundance and wealth of discoveries and spiritual growth.

Activating and Releasing Sadness

It is a sadness that has been carried with you for a while and, with this activation of the sadness – and what we mean by this is that when you focus on something, you begin to activate it – you bring it to life. It’s as if it’s been on the shelf waiting and then you bring it to life. You experience it. You may even embody it; you feel it in your body.

It’s not that you need to manifest it in your life, but as you recognise it, as you allow it to speak – to tell its story to you – as you listen and are present with what the sadness is saying, it will begin to resolve and as it begins to resolve in a natural and organic way that is supportive to you, you will reach a sense of freedom; as if that sadness has been resolved and is propelling you forward.

It will also feel like a relief. It’s something you’ve been carrying with you. It’s something that has been impacting your being even if you did not realise it.

What you might find is that when you release one surface pocket of sadness, another one comes up… maybe in the next few days…but now you are aware that this is activation that accelerates your spiritual growth and brings a sense of freedom.

Freedom is expansion, so you feel more expanded. It’s as if the room in which you are existing has gotten bigger and so you can enjoy it more.

A Global Shift in Vibration

With this activation, there will be an increase in vibration of all upon the earth. The earth’s vibration/Mother Earth’s frequency will increase.

This is because that layer of sadness within each person, whether they are aware of it or not, will be released. Their vibration/your vibration will instantly rise and it will create a wonderful movement of new/positive/loving/peaceful energy entering into the world and into your being. This is needed now, at this time.

There is no need to fear your sadness. See it as an activation of your ascension.

It’s almost like enjoying the presence of sadness, letting if flow through you. Maybe you find yourself wanting to cry or shout. Maybe you need to walk, run or just cuddle up in a blanket. Whatever is needed, let yourself be guided.

Know it is not important to dwell on the sadness but simply to recognise it, listen to it, let it move through, and then observe what is created from that activation.

There is a reason why it is easier, at the moment, to connect with the sadness; the Creator is sending such abundance of love. You all are being supported in love so abundantly, that you can create that foundation to really go to a place that, without the presence of love, you may not wish to go.

You might recognise it in others around you. They might appear sad or you might recognise their sadness acting out in different ways through their being. You know, and you can, if appropriate, share that it will pass; that it’s just moving through them to bring a greater sense of freedom, release and, in truth, love.

I, Lord Melchizedek, I am here to support you and assist you, so please call upon my energy and I will be present with you.
