You have a history of lifetimes upon the earth and out within the universe.  You may access these lifetimes through the Akashic records or your own divinity.  The more you work with the various formats, the easier this will become for you.  

Step 1:  How much do you think you are influenced by other lifetimes?

Step 2:  Is it something that enhances your life and gives you information and support? If so, then access it to create a steady flow of this support. 

Step 3: Do you feel as if you are in a repetitive cycle that just keeps you held back in a place of frustration? For this you can ask to go to where it all began, then ask to know what the lesson is for you.  It may come easily or it may come over time.  Each time you receive an insight, then acknowledge what that may be and consciously pull up to release any old hooks or anchors.
