Again this question and answer are related to the previous posting in that William LePar’s spiritual source, The Council, talks about “Divine In-flow.” This is the spiritual energy from our God that allows us to exist.

Questioner:  You stated at the second Life after Death communication and I quote, "You are what you are because of the resistance to the spiritual electricity, to the Source of it.  So in a proper understanding then all things are as an in-flow of this spiritual electricity, an in-flow of this spiritual electricity, so that as you allow it to move more readily through your being, then you have less resistance to it and begin to approach then a greater reality, your truer self, and in this process you raise your true being to a higher state of existences or a higher rate of vibration."  Could you please define this Divine In-flow more clearly?

The Council:  We feel as though that is very clear.  Possibly another way of putting it would be that God is ever-present in your being and He is there because He has fathered you in a spiritual sense, that it is He that is you in a smaller quantity; and it is He and His Love and His Essence that wishes to bloom or flow from you and this is the Divine In-flow.  You see, you are a creation of this Divine Source; it is your Father, and as in your experiences, in the material manifestation, you know life and the process of fathering, it is the same, shall we say, in the spiritual sense, only as an example not the same in actuality; but the seed of your birth is this Father, this Divine Father, this loving and gentle old man that you picture as God, the Divine Source, the symbol that you use, you see.  Another way of looking at it is that you are the action of the Divine Source if you choose to be.  If God expresses His personality through you to the rest of the world, and it is your willingness to channel that personality and that love of the Divine Source into the world that determines whether you will move from the need of the material manifestation or stay in it; so the restriction to the Divine In-flow is your right to do what you wish to do or to be used as a manifestor of the Divine Source.
