December’s Ascension Energies are taking us to a whole new level of soul expansion!

With the activation of our 10th, Gold Star chakra we will experience an advanced purifying of the heart, spiraling up and into the infinite flow of Creation. This is the next stage required to close the door on the old earth paradigm, and open to new beginnings in the New Earth era.

As we finish up 2025 our energy signature and heart will increase in vibrational alignment with the Cosmic Heart. This will allow us to resonate at a deeper, higher vibrational love of Self and open us up to the infinite flow of abundance.

Entering the Infinite Flow of Higher Consciousness

Being in this luminous, reciprocal vibration refers to alignment with the unlimited, continuous, and balanced energy of the universe, All That Is, and Divine Creation. It signifies the soul's connection to eternal existence and the boundless potential for personal growth and abundance in all aspects of life.

Infinite flow inspires the belief in one's own unlimited potential and opportunities. It encourages us to push beyond self-imposed limitations and embrace a mindset of abundance.

Becoming the Flow — Surrender, Trust, and Expansion

To "be the flow" is a practice of surrender and non-resistance, aligning with life's natural rhythms rather than trying to force outcomes.

It involves trusting that the universe provides what is needed when it is needed.

As we learn to embody these spiritual lessons, life is viewed not as a series of endpoints, but as a perpetual journey of transformation, growth, and self-improvement.

As we close up this year we are learning this, while completing a period of intense transformation.

Every ending is a new beginning.

Positive symptoms: Heartfelt spiritual courage and confidence, harmony and positivity, abundant/creative/in the flow mindset, greater connection to All That Is/universal consciousness, greater confidence and clarity, releasing what is not longer in alignment, sense of new direction/higher alignment/creating your own reality, feelings of growth, moving on from survival mode/completion of a cycle, deeper desire to serve, more connection to heart based decisions & actions, feeling stronger and connected to your inner essence, awareness of healthy emotional boundaries, more wholeness within, greater resolve, balanced emotional intensity, Higher Mind awareness (clear sight and self acceptance), more bridging of head to heart, forgiveness, unconditional love for self/others, joy, play, heart centered purpose and spirituality, detachment from drama, attracting healthy, interdependent relationships

Negative/Shadow symptoms: Waves of grief, lack or scarcity mindset, emotional heart blockages, unmotivated, exhaustion/fatigue, procrastination, needing to sleep alot, self sabotage, emotional intensity that is not balanced, digestive issues related to stress/nerves, tension in solar plexus, neck/shoulder tension, UTI’s, heart pain, lower immunity, viral symptoms, anger, overriding intuition (especially concerning life changes), resistance to change, control issues, worry, anxiety, resentment, low self esteem, feeling lack of financial stability or abundance in your life, unhealthy emotional boundaries, heat in the body, inflammation, headaches, nightmares, depression, memory loss, mental confusion, low self esteem, inability to listen to heart and soul needs, lack of responsibility or accountability (victim mindset), refusal to let go and learn from the past, resistance to change or letting go of the hive mentality

Tension in body/mind, loneliness, disillusionment (with yourself, with the state of the world), judgement, resentment or a sense of defeat, lack of self-responsibility, negative self talk, self harm, sense of separation, bitterness, codependency in relationships, lung issues (pneumonia, asthma) and circulation issues (high/low blood pressure, blood clot, varicose veins), heart attack, heart palpitations, breast cancer, anemia, angina, Reynaud’s Syndrome (nerve ending issues)

Secondary symptoms: thyroid fluctuation, tailbone or lower back/sciatica pain, achiness, leg/feet/knee issues, ear buzzing/ringing/plugged, dizziness, tender or hot on top of head, restless sleep, frustration, weight fluctuation, intense or nonsensical dreams, interdimensional/lucid dreaming, shifts in perception of your reality, crawly brain, up and down energy

Areas more affected this month: heart, arms, hands, lungs, chest, Thymus gland (area of the subconscious), throat, digestion
