March 2026: DNA Upgrade & Soulful Rebirth!

Step into March 2026 with a vibrant DNA upgrade and a soulful rebirth that realigns your energy and awakens your higher self.~AndEl

March 3 is the start of a DNA Upgrade initiating us to align fully with our soul's purpose, reset our life, and firmly take the reins of our destiny.

Our self-mastery learning of this 7th and 8th Strand DNA Upgrade seals in greater individuation, healthier boundaries, personal autonomy, inner beauty and passionate creativity.

Going forward will require rooted courage, self control and self belief, as well as leading with the heart over the mind. When the mind creates doubt and worry creeps in, then we are asked to “up” our spiritual game and find instead heartfelt optimism and faith.

There is no room for doom spiraling or spiritual bypassing this month, so know that you will be challenged in this way to trust your intuition, feel your way forward and stay in your center. What does this mean? Listen to my video for more.

Here are the symptoms for March:

Positive symptoms:

• feeling safe and secure in your body, allowing fear and anxiety to release and transform into courageous purpose,
• greater sense of where to serve,
• taking charge of your decisions and trusting yourself,
• finding new community or strengthening existing relationships,
• listening to inner guidance to align with your higher purpose,
• releasing self sabotage and negativity about yourself,
• feeling stronger in who you are and what you offer to the world,
• resolving, releasing, or completing the energetic agreements and lessons that souls make,
• breaking free from recurring, often painful, relationship patterns and situations, allowing for personal growth, liberation, and the ability to move forward without repeating the same lessons.

Overall Positive 2026 symptoms:

Greater sense of passion, courageous purpose, bold imagination, enhanced creativity. Inner and outer life integration, balanced head and heart, speaking with conviction, conscious communication so speaking your mind, but also listening deeply, showing balance, and feel empowered to share ideas and needs authentically. Acting/speaking with integrity, expressing your needs, self discipline to complete projects and tasks, co-creative action with Spirit and others (your Tribe), being a conduit for compassion, unconditional love, truth, empathy, peacekeeping, ability to process and release negativity, thus fostering resilience and inner peace. Greater connection to the physical (lower chakras) and spiritual (upper chakras) thereby facilitating divine connection and Oneness. Accessing your soul's true intent (soul purpose, Divine Blueprint), transcending ego, and understanding your connection to everything. Releasing past hurts and embracing forgiveness, leading to emotional freedom, increased generosity, fostering genuine heart-based connection with others

Negative/Shadow symptoms:

• inability to free yourself from self-imposed limitations, or not being willing to let go of resentment, and accept the person and situation for what it/they were/are,
• Victim Archetype mindset (why me?),
• not changing your responses and reactions to old triggers,
• feeling powerless,
• engaging in power struggles,
• choosing to engage in addiction and bad habits,
• doom spiraling,
• spiritual bypassing,
• allowing emotions to drive your choices,
• fear based choices,

• allowing others or outside situations to knock you off your center,

no spark or passion, loss of faith and sense of your connectedness to the bigger picture, struggling to find the deepest possible meaning of your life, emotional volatility, feeling misunderstood or not heard, inability to complete tasks or projects, easily distracted, procrastination, inability to listen to your heart (mind chatter/sabotage overtakes emotional needs), inability to listen, or speak your truth, harmful gossip, judgement of others, holding grudges/bitterness/negativity, argumentative, careless with words, over talking, dominating a conversation, unwilling to release the past, shyness, introversion that is fear based, fear of speaking your truth, feeling isolated/alone, “hermit behavior”, stuttering, Thymus related immune issues, Thyroid disease (Hashimotos, Hyper/Hypothyroidism, Graves) parathyroid issues, hearing loss, ear infections, ears plugged, sore throat, mouth ulcers, stiff neck/shoulders, scoliosis, allergies, laryngitis, tonsillitis, TMJ (jaw clenching), voice issues, excess phlegm in throat, strung out or over taxed nervous system

Secondary symptoms:

• reproductive issues,
• kidney issues,
• adrenal fatigue,
• tailbone or lower back/sciatica pain,
• achiness,
• leg/feet/knee issues,
• ear buzzing/ringing/plugged,
• dizziness,
• tender or hot on top of head,
• restless/disturbed sleep,
• heat/sweating (especially in heart area),
