Hello Powerful Light!

I'm not surprised this is late given that I'm in the middle of a teaching cycle, which is my favorite time.

We are also in a time of great chaos and trauma as a collective, which as an empathic healer, I feel.

I've noticed a pattern when a large war/battle starts, since there have been so many lately. I feel a flow of emotions and an increase in singing Light Language.

I don't often sing Light Language. I love it, it's just not my natural flow. Yet in times of increased collective trauma, I automatically start a flow of energy that taps into a collective energy of seeking soothing and support.

In my heart I know these times are part of a compelling to greater Love and empowerment. Yet even the dipping into the collective energies (I don't overwhelm with news, I inform my focus as I feel guided) has been challenging lately.

So during these times, I hope you are nurturing yourself to sustain your unique flow as you feed a collective future of greater Love and empowerment for All.

The energies this month are contributing to physical shifts in our energy flow that support our empowered Love flow. Honor your needs, honor your inspired actions, honor your connection to this collective. It's sacred. Thank you, Lightworker!
