Hello Beautiful Soul!

Crossing over the threshold into the darkest days of the year, we continue the soul’s journey of healing the heart chakra while learning to live through the heart! Slowly, we are synching with the heartbeat of creation!  It is pulsing through us and we are becoming One with All That Is.

This month a Super Full Moon in Taurus, New Moon in Scorpio, combined with Mercury Retrograde, the 11/9/9 Gateway and other initiatory comic events invite us to ground, stabilize, and reflect on what we’ve built so far.

What will YOU dissolve and release before your soul’s expansion in December?  

We are also creating a more stable emotional foundation from which to clearly define our boundaries, needs and values going forward. As well, processing grief allows us to show up again to cultivate intimacy, harmony, and aligned relationships.

Humanity’s evolutionary process is accelerating now, and our consciousness is evolving in ways we cannot even understand yet. Higher dimensional energies are assisting us with more personal and collective sovereignty, authenticity and truth. What we are building individually and collectively is not fluffy nor is it unattainable – it will be realistic and long-term reflecting the New Earth.

Leaning into our intuition is mandatory, as we cannot think our way through this stage of growth, it will only cause us mental anguish, anxiety, frustration and depression. Instead, the mind needs to expand to greater creative inspiration, inspired action and infinite possibilities.

Engaging with our Magical Child and embodying the Lover, Compassionate Innocent and Wise Advocate archetypes will allow the above. And support us to dissolve the walls around our heart, opening us to trust ourselves and others again, while honing our emotional boundaries in a sharper, defined way. More joy, bliss and peace will seep in as we surrender to the next steps of this transmutation.

This year’s inner transformation is asking us to stretch to places we have never gone before, to become benevolent action, spiritual love and pure courage in order to express our highest potential. The spiritual heart is emerging and connecting to the cosmic heart, to resonate at a deeper, higher vibrational love of Self, while the earthly soul, heart and head are also being aligned, culminating in the ultimate goal of: LOVE IN ACTION.

November psychospiritual and physical symptoms:

This year the body and mind will be challenged to come into greater synthesis with the whole, with the concept of compassionate co-creation, with pulling in information in a holistic/holographic way, the nervous system will be taxed and stretched to bring in greater attunement to higher frequencies.

The sun cycle will continue to be very active and support shifts in our power, spiritual illumination and clarity. Other important comic dates, planetary alignments and gateways will trigger the opportunity to ascend, bring in more creativity and manifestation.

Above all, watch and support your heart health and mental health this year!  

Here are the symptoms for November:

Positive symptoms: Enhanced stamina, sense of determination and focus, feeling more creative, greater connection to All That Is/ universal consciousness, sense of new direction/higher alignment/creating your own reality, feelings of growth, moving on from survival mode/completion of a cycle, deeper desire to serve, more connection to heart based decisions & actions, feeling stronger and connected to your inner essence, awareness of healthy emotional boundaries, more wholeness within, greater resolve, balanced emotional intensity, Higher Mind awareness (clear sight and self-acceptance), more bridging of head to heart, forgiveness, unconditional love for self/others, joy, play, heart centered purpose and spirituality, detachment from drama, attracting healthy, interdependent relationships

Negative/Shadow symptoms: Waves of grief, crabbiness, emotional heart blockages, feeling blah, unmotivated, exhaustion/fatigue, procrastination, needing to sleep a lot, self-sabotage, emotional intensity that is not balanced, digestive issues related to stress/nerves, tension in solar plexus, neck/shoulder tension, UTI’s, heart pain, lower immunity, viral symptoms, anger, overriding intuition (especially concerning life changes), resistance to change, control issues, worry, anxiety, mental masturbation, resentment, low self-esteem, feeling lack of financial stability or abundance in your life, unhealthy emotional boundaries, heat in the body, inflammation, headaches, nightmares, depression, memory loss, mental confusion, low self-esteem, inability to listen to heart and soul needs, lack of responsibility or accountability, refusal to let go and learn from the past, resistance to change or letting go of the hive mentality

Tension in body/mind, loneliness, disillusionment (with yourself, with the state of the world), judgement, resentment or a sense of defeat, lack of self-responsibility, negative self-talk, self-harm, sense of separation, bitterness, codependency in relationships, lung issues (pneumonia, asthma) and circulation issues (high/low blood pressure, blood clot, varicose veins), heart attack, heart palpitations, breast cancer, anemia, angina, Reynaud’s Syndrome (nerve ending issues)

Secondary symptoms: thyroid fluctuation, tailbone or lower back/sciatica pain, achiness, leg/feet/knee issues, ear buzzing/ringing/plugged, dizziness, tender or hot on top of head, restless sleep, frustration, weight fluctuation, intense or nonsensical dreams, interdimensional/lucid dreaming, shifts in perception of your reality, crawly brain, up and down energy

Areas more affected this month: Chakras 1 to 7, heart, arms, hands, lungs, chest, Thymus gland (area of the subconscious), digestion
