63: We are spending time with the Ascended Masters today. They are encouraging us to reach out to them with any earthly matters or day to day concerns. By asking them for assistance they are able to help you manifest what you need while bringing you peace of mind, clarity and focus. The are also encouraging you to use your skills to create the best things possible for yourself and loved ones. Reach for your divine spark and allow it to come forward!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

• The Himalayan Ascended Master Babaji helps us to achieve the personal and spiritual growth necessary for the letting go process. He assists us in detaching ourselves from both material things and things that no longer serve us. He teaches us that letting go is a form of simplifying your life. It frees your energy so that you can work on what’s important so that new blessings can be received.

• The Ascended Master Sanat Kumara teaches us that we have an unlimited supply of personal power and helps us find the energy we need to keep going and rise above negative experiences and thought patterns. This gives us the skills we need to strengthen our personal boundaries so that we can be and stay strong in situations where we need to be.

• The Ascended Master Buddha helps us to find our “Attitude of Gratitude”.By acknowledging what we have to be grateful for we are filled with joy and inner peace which encourages positive flow. He also reminds us of the important balance between giving and receiving. When we are balanced we find the patience and inner peace we need to go with the flow and can help us embrace the “Tiny Miracles” in our lives as well.

• Sodalite is a stone for the mind, it promotes clear and calm thinking. and activates intuition as it draws down information to the physical level. It dispels confusion and releases outdated thought patterns while creating space for new ideas. It also helps us to look for and find the truth and makes it possible to stand up for our personal beliefs while remaining true to yourself by boosting our confidence and self-esteem.

• Tanzanite helps to link with the angelic realms, spirit guides, and the ascended masters.

• Zincite helps to remove energy blocks which gets our life force flowing, which aids our manifestation process. It also restores our energy when it becomes depleted by giving away too much of ourselves to others.
