621: Today the angels are reminding us of the importance of balancing work and relaxation. This will be important as some new opportunities are headed our way. Things will happen quickly when you maintain an optimistic and can-do mindset. By working to perfect our balance we find it easier to focus on where we want life to take us. Balance provides clarity and emotional and spiritual well-being.

Take time for yourself and remember to ground , center and clear to keep your energy flowing and embrace your sacred tool of faith to help smooth the way.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

• Archangel Chamuel helps us to recover things we have lost. while he usually works with lost items he can also help when we feel out of balance by showing us the reason behind it. He also assists us as we navigate our path by helping us to find the direction and guidance that needed to move forward on this journey of self discovery. If you feel like you have wandered off your path and are having trouble finding your way back he can help you get your bearings.

• The Ascended Master Buddha is our go-to guy when we feel “wobbly’. He teaches us that the key to happy living requires moderation and balance in all things. This includes the important balance between giving and receiving. When we are balanced we find that inner peace is ours!

• The Gnostic goddess Sige teaches us the importance of being still of mind. Information and guidance come more easily when we surrender to the silence. She says” Allow your mind to be still and let your inner wisdom guide you. The answers that you seek are before you if you have the courage to remove the veils and shed light in the shadows.“

• Amber to enhance your earth connection and to promote grounding. It is also a great healing stone (it’s actually tree resin) that helps to remove energetic impurities from the body.

• Jade helps us to understand that you are spiritual being on the very human journey we call life. it stimulates knowledge and ideas.

• Sunstone has a strong connection to light and helps to harness the re energizing power of the sun during meditation and everyday life. It is linked to all benevolent deities and brings good fortune and luck.
