71: As we navigate the paths that make up our life we find that everyone has an opinion about how, when, where and why we should do things. The truth is that the only opinion that matters is our own and we are the only ones who really knows what’s in our hearts. However, well meaning people (and sometimes not so well meaning) will try to push us off our path simply because they don’t agree with or understand what we need.

So take the opinions of others with a grain of salt. During this new cycle the Universe will be helping us by providing direction and guidance that will help us on our journey. You will know that you are headed in the right direction when it makes your spirit sing and your heart soar!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

• Archangel Raguel helps us to find our power and brings clarity when we feel conflicted about what to do next by providing a boost of energy and by bringing order to your thoughts. He also aids in the letting go process which is essential to moving forward. • The Ascended Master Melchizedek helps keep our energy balanced and flowing. This is essential for using our gifts and understanding the information we receive. He can also help to diffuse unpleasant situations that can arise as we go through change and transformation. Since he helps us heal through color, pay attention to the colors that draw you or feel relevant.

• The Hindu Mother Goddess Durga teaches us how to create boundaries and maintain them as well as protecting yourself from the negative or controlling energy of others. She says: ” Personal boundaries are important to your well being. It is sometimes best to walk away. I can help you to step back and give you the self assurance to do what is in your best interest.”

• Amethyst helps us to make decisions by promoting common sense and spiritual insight. It also enables us to set realistic goals and sets us on the road to personal achievement. This crystal is a powerful protector and helps to shield us from unwanted energies while dispelling anxiety and fear. It is also connected to Archangel Michael which allows us to feel his energy and the energy of divine love.

It works with both the Throat and Third Eye Chakras and helps us to speak our truth and promotes being heard and positive communication.
