Think about a problem you’re facing. Now, pretend your best friend came to you with that exact issue. What would you say to them? Notice how supportive and creative your advice is. Why is it so hard to turn that wisdom inward? Today, try giving yourself the same benefit of the doubt.

Write down a current challenge. Draft a letter to yourself, as if you were writing to a friend in the same situation. Read it back and take your own advice, just for today.
