Mars and Venus new relationship cycle 13 July 2021 to 06 March 2022

Whenever planets meet at the same degree and minute in the same Zodiac sign they initiate a new cycle and the opportunity for new beginnings. But to create the new we must be willing to let go of the past that no longer serves us. Mars and Venus are the relationship planets and yesterday they met at 19 degrees Leo 49 minutes in the sign of Leo, the Compassionate Heart. They are asking us to be Loving Kindness in all or relating including the relationship to self. This is the theme for the next 8 months. They are guided by the Sun. Astrologer Gemini Brett calls the Sun the Circle of Spirit. The cycle Mars and Venus have just completed began 24 Aug 2019 in the sign of Virgo, mind, body, spirit healing and integration. Now it is time to let your Spirit guide you.

Leo is the sign of creation energy. It is confident, artistic, generous, and optimistic. Its key phrase is “I Will”. That can be a challenge because Leo is the sign that also rules the ego. Leo likes drama. Many actors and politicians have a strong Leo influence in their natal charts. I found it very interesting that yesterday as Mars and Venus joined the weather pattern here in Ontario was very dramatic. We had dark clouds and thunder for about two hours but no rain. Then the rain came heavily. When that passed Grandfather Sun shone again brilliantly. Symbolically I read that as we experience this new relationship cycle there will be storms but the Sun (our spirits) will always shine through.  Today (14 July) two monarch butterflies (transformation) are hovering around our backyard flowers. Love the message. What message did you receive?

In Leo this new relationship cycle activates the Tarot Constellation of Strength, courage of your convictions, inner strength, and courage to be yourself while supporting others to be their Authentic Selves. They also activate the 5^th Ray of knowledge and healing with Archangels Raphael, the shinning one who heals, and Mary, unconditional love and acceptance. As mentioned the new relationship journey is guided by The Sun, shinning the Light of Love. In March of 2022 Mars and Venus will be begin another new relationship cycle this time in Aquarius, Universal Love. Again activating the 5^th Ray. Relationship healing is the gift not just personally but universally. The 5^th is the Ray of current humanity and is very prominent now. 

In the Northern Hemisphere our Animal Totem guide for this new relationship cycle in Leo is Salmon, determination and courage to create the new. In the Southern Hemisphere you are guided by Otter, companionship and joyful sharing. For all of us the Clan Mother is She Who Heals. She is the mother of intuition and the keeper of the healing arts. She teaches us how to serve others with an open heart. Mars and Venus will be in their new phase (new relationship vision) until approximately Oct 06. They will then enter their Crescent Phase of expansion, growth, and opportunity. Sometimes expansion can create struggle. Just remember to be guided by your heart. During the Crescent Phase in Dec there is the opportunity for huge transformation. For most of the month Venus, now in Capricorn, will be travelling with Pluto in Capricorn (personal transformation and empowerment). Venus is moving slowly as she goes on her retrograde journey (into the Underworld) Dec 19. Because of her retrograde she and Mars will renter their new cycle again approximately Dec 26. A time for identifying what you really want to experience in your relationships to others and self. From 16 Feb 2022 to March 06 relationship enters its Balsamic Phase (healing, completion, release) until it begins its new cycle in Aquarius on March 06.

I know we went quite far ahead. For now concentrate on what you want to create during this current new phase. Be guided by Love.
