2/14 ~ Mercury (ideas, thoughts & concepts) ~conjunct~ Jupiter (expansion & learning):    (2 of 3: 1/11 ~ 2/14 ~ 3/4)
It is time to expand your thinking & develop more conscious awareness! This is a powerful energy assisting you on many levels. You will make connections easily & quickly that help you integrate newly acquired information or knowledge, making you appear psychic (or at least lucky) to others. At this time, you can connect with your Highest ideal and most broad outlook for your life, and you may feel that you are finally ready to live your Truth. You are so connected to your own ideal that you naturally give others permission to live their Truth as well, creating an atmosphere of tolerance that feeds all involved.

The challenge with this energy is going too ‘broad’ and missing the details that are vital to your success. You will also miss out on crucial information if you are too overconfident and/or self-righteous in any way. Remain humble, knowing that your way works for you, but it may not work for others (and vice versa). And it is ALL okay! If you remain centered in the Light and your own Heart, this energy gives you a little boost to whatever you are creating at this time.

2/17 ~ Saturn (structure & traditional) ~square~ Uranus (freedom & futuristic):    (1 of 3: 2/17 ~ 6/14 ~ 12/24)
Alright y’all, let’s breathe through this one. This is potentially useful and yet a really challenging activation to have to deal with on the heels of 2020 because this is the literal fight between the old and the new, a struggle between the earthly reality of the 99% and airy idea of freedom as defined by the 1% so this year that will be the ongoing theme: those who want to impose authority on you and disconnect you from your own Inner Authority and those who cannot do rigid, oppression and fight for individual freedom. The solution is somewhere in the middle, we need to ask ourselves how we can live a healthy way, in this New Age.

This energy has its own socio-political aspects, but on an individual level, it will hit anywhere you have grown stagnant, stuck or otherwise no longer growing in your day-to-day existence. Think of a plant whose roots have outgrown the pot. Everything feels cramped, new growth is harder and expansion is impossible. In order to continue healthy growth, it needs a new container. That is all 2020 showed us – how ineffective our personal containers really are and how flimsy our hold on our own precious resources can be if we are distracted by worldly chaos we cannot fix or change unless we address our own personal problems first. This is the energy that provokes you to get a little more serious about running your own life so you don’t have to be subjected to the rules or restrictions of someone else’s container.

Saturn wants to strengthen and fortify your boundaries, honor your responsibilities & commitments and ultimately, cultivate your true purpose. For those who do not do well with all of that or do not know their purpose, this energy is frightening at best and devastating at worst. If you are one of them, then this is where you start. What have you neglected the longest in your life? Or in the last 7-years alone? Start there. This energy teaches that change is good because you have outgrown your current container, routine or structure. It will point out all the ways your old ways no longer serve or support you. Any relationships or partnerships that are oppressive in any way are likely to break suddenly under this influence, and that includes bosses and public connections that are too rigid (like suddenly quitting or getting fired). Those who do not bend, break with this one so stay self-aware, fluid & flexible.

On a social/collective level, we need to use the wisdom of the past, along with the facts of the present in order to choose wisely for the future. Saturn gets you present to what IS in your life, it is asking all of us to look at how rigid we’ve become in certain areas of life (Aquarius Dept). Look where we’ve been depressed and too exhausted to entertain any kind of purpose, let alone an altogether new purpose. Saturn points out where you lack commitment and dedication so whatever needs the most attention in your 3D-Reality, that is where you start to deepen your dedication to doing better. Uranus, on the other hand, wants to present you with inspiration and creative solutions but you have to be open & receptive to the new & unusual. Look to your Taurus House for the things that feed your body & soul and are beautiful & fulfilling to you, like gardening, hiking, photography, hobbies or outdoor sports that help you like a moving meditation. They wake up your soul and activate the vitality in your body. So much of our current society pushes all these ways to escape, narcotize and sleepwalk through life. The antidote to feeling oppressed is to feel free in your own body, the one thing you have control over so start there. Change your relationship with your body & physical environment and it will start to accommodate this higher level of consciousness that is emerging at this time. It is very special energy that can help us anchor whatever is real & solid, release the old & toxic and open up to entirely new possibilities that only 5-years ago weren’t even possible!

2/19 ~ Venus (values & priorities) ~square~ Mars (desire & passion):
This is your Inner Sacred Feminine & Masculine pushing out of comfort zone and into new territory. It is time to recalibrate how you give & receive, as well as how you BE versus DO. It helps to know the Signs & Elements to consciously choose how to work with this activation. Tune into how you direct your own power, as well as what you magnetize & repel naturally. Anytime Venus & Mars interact, the energy has to do with your relationships, both personal & professional, private & public. Squares create the necessary tension to catalyze action. As an individual, it is time to grow, change and integrate your own values & priorities (Venus) with your own desires & passion (Mars), however, on another level, it can activate sexual energy as that too is the energy of creation. If you are in a happy, healthy relationship, then it is a great energy for you expressing your love in a physical way. However, if your relationship already has tension (especially in the physical realm), then this is a difficult energy to deal with and the only real solution is open communication and a willingness to compromise, so good luck!

2/20 ~ Mercury Direct in AQUARIUS:
Woohoo! Onward & upward we go, now that Mercury is forward again. Any time you’re in another dimension, when you return home, there is what I refer to as the “re-entry period” when you re-acclimate your Self to where you are and if/when you’re lucky, you also get “integration time” to anchor any recent revelations. That is what a Mercury Shadow period is like. It’s going to move through Aquarius and back into Pisces, and gets to Aries on April 10th, when you will really feel the shift. Meantime, this is an excellent time to check-in with your Self and confirm what you are creating for 2021 and let’s take advantage of every Mercury Retro this year, because it is going to be the most productive *processing time* we get in a year full of monumental changes and unprecedented initiations.
