We start this week in the light of the Full Moon which will increase our sensitivity and heighten emotions. As this is the first Full Moon of 2022 it carries the energies of new beginnings and as a result it will reveal where closure and resolution is still needed. The insights we gain during this time will enable us to take action in creating and manifesting necessary change and the new beginnings we require.

The Full Moon is always a time of culmination where healing and release is possible. Observe what is arising as the energies will empower you to deeply transform ancient wounds which have influenced your life, your choices, and your actions. In this time, you are being offered the opportunity to reclaim and reintegrate facets of yourself which have been denied, ignored and or suppressed. Be kind, gentle and compassionate with yourself as hidden fears and emotions surface. Learn to view your life from a higher perspective and endeavour to see the bigger picture.
