You become what you think about all day long.
― Ralph Waldo Emerson
Key relationship themes for this Full Moon include: self and other, individuality and co-operation, open-heartedness and intellectualization, friendship and romantic intimacy…You’ll recognize a continuation of many of the issues mentioned in my Tuesday Facebook blog, with the addition of the emotional intensity generated by a Full Moon.
With a strong emphasis on our thinking function, we could easily find our minds looping around today, looking for mental solutions to emotional relational issues.
On the other hand sudden insights and inspiration may appear out of nowhere, bringing potential healing to a long standing relationship situation. This may also entail letting go of some ideas, thoughts and concepts that we have been hanging onto, and which probably haven’t been of much help to us in our relationships. Notice the new thought seeds that are just beneath the surface, as it’s much easier to let go when we focus our mind on something new.
This Full Moon could be a little stressful on our nervous system because of all the mental energy, so it’s a good time to do whatever will ease this, including: grounding in your body and nature, dancing, walking, singing, writing…
