You ask how to channel, how to receive, how to open.
We say this:

Intention is the key.

Not a complicated technique or a ritual,
but a vibrational permission slip that says:

“I know that I am guided all the time.”
“I am a vessel for the highest energies to work through me.”

Speak this not just with words, but with your whole field.
Let your being believe it.

Because when the mind aligns, the portal opens.

And still some of you try and say,

“I can’t.”
“It’s not working.”
“Maybe I’m not special enough.”

These are not truths. These are programs.
And they can be rewritten.

Channeling Is Listening, Not Performing

Channeling is not a gift.
It is not perfection.

It means to listen deeply to the whispers of the Universe.

So first, we invite you to observe the expectations.

Are you trying to receive fireworks?
A voice in thunder?

Or can you be still enough to notice the whisper,
the flicker,
the subtle pull of your heart?

A Simple Way to Enter a Receiving State

We will now offer you a simple technique.

Very simple.
But powerful if done with sincerity.

Close your eyes.

Feel your body:
your hands,
your chest,
your feet.

Then gently move your attention to the space around your body.

Feel the air that surrounds you.
Sense the field.

Breathe into that space.

Let yourself float just slightly beyond your skin.

In this spaciousness, you shift.

You enter a receiving state.

And now, you can ask:

“Is anyone here with a message of love?”

And wait.

Even if no words come,
you are practicing the doorway.

Your field is learning to soften.
You are remembering.

One more key:

Honour every message.

Even if it’s a single word,
a feeling,
or an image.

Say:

“Thank you. I know this is guidance.”

This is how you strengthen the bridge.

You are not alone in this.
We are always with you.
