The more we learn to open our hearts to Love, the more we begin to realize that we are all connected – there is no separation between ourselves and the rest of the world, and that the Love we are offering to those around us, is, in fact, the Love we are in fact offering to our own Selves.

Today’s wonderful guided meditation will teach you how to connect to your Core and radiate heart energy to someone you love. By doing so, not only will they will experience your love and heart energy, but you will too.

Before you begin, find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed for the next 10 minutes. Second, find a comfortable position to sit – it can be on a chair, crossed legged or on your knees, or lay down and when you’re ready, press play. 4. Put on a BIG smile, and allow the feelings of love and appreciation to fill your body.
5. Radiate the energy-feeling of love and appreciation to the person you love.
