Recently I and my other healer friends came across few cases regarding houses/ property which have been locked for long periods of time or some people were not getting positive vibes staying in a particular house/property. Given below are few examples:

1. The house had been locked up for months, due to occurrence of accidental deaths or crimes so the owners were insecure to give it on lease.
2. Some tenants who moved in the houses, experienced lots of negative energies, unsafe and unhealthy atmosphere.
3. Some feel that the house/property where they live is under the affect of evil spell.

So it is always a good idea to cleanse such houses/property so that any person staying in it feels secure and positive. You should cleanse your own home/ property once every 14 days. Given below are various methods which one can follow. You can do any one method which is convenient to you or club 2-3 methods for best effect. I suggest to please follow your intuition.

Different methods for house/property cleansing:

1. Rock Salt water mopping: This is a very famous method to remove all negative energies surrounding the house, further purifying the space.
2. Smudging and burning incense sticks: By doing this will flush out all the lower vibrational frequency energy and will make the environment fresh, clean to welcome positive chi in your home/ property.
3. Invoke Archangel Michael and Azrael– Archangel Michael can be called upon for shielding, protection and cleansing of house/property from negative vibes. In some houses some spirits remain attached to the house so in that case you can call upon both Archangel Azrael and Archangel Michael to take the spirits to the place where they should be.
4. Aura brushing of the house: As we all know everything has an aura. So aura sweeping and aura brushing will cleanse the aura and create way for all positive energies. This can be done by a flowing water stream technique. Connect to the house through HSZSN. Then visualise a huge stream of water flowing through the whole house. Invoke DKM and CKR. Let the energy flow for few minutes. Intend that the stream takes away all the negative energies with it and grounds into mother earth where all unwanted energies are transmuted.
5. Opening all doors and windows of the house: Nature is the best healer. So keep doors and windows open to allow fresh air and sunlight to supplement the cleansing process.
6. Usui Reiki Chi Ball: This is a very simple yet powerful technique. You can bathe the house in the chi ball of all Usui symbols.
7. Magic Reiki: Draw Magic Reiki symbol i.e pentagram, black in colour at the base of the house/ property. The black pentagram flushes out all the negativities. You can then shield the whole house/ property by drawing the golden pentagram at its top.
8. Karma Cleansing: This method is important to heal any unpleasant past situations/events/scars like deaths, violence etc whose energies affects our current life. Make all karmic Reiki symbols on your palms and make a big karmic energy ball. Direct the ball towards the house and visualse the ball breaking into infinite pieces and cleansing each corner of the house and purifying the air. Alternative way to karma cleansing, visualize your whole home/ property being bathed in violet flame, with all Usui Reiki symbols infused in it.
9. Other Healing Modalities: For eg, Kundalini Reiki with clear intentions can be also used to to cleanse everything thoroughly.
10. Attune your Home/property with Reiki healing modalities: Here, I would like to share my Reiki sister’s experience. “After I attuned my home to Usui Reiki, the next day I had a beautiful, inexplicable, positive feeling that my home has been sheltered with higher spiritual beings and enveloped with love, warmth, care and happiness.“ So, just invite the higher self of home/ property and God, Ascended masters, Archangels and spirit guides for the attunement process with precise intention of attuning it.
11. Last but not the least please shield your home/property after every Reiki healing treatments just like we close and protect our chakras and auras with either a pyramid, CKR etc. with simple, precise intentions to avoid any psychic vampires attacks.
