Ever since I can remember from childhood onwards I have sought out change. It manifested in my need to move the furniture around in my bedroom every six months. It felt like a new room once everything was in its new position and even though it was uncomfortable at first, I really liked the change in energy. It was odd going home as an adult to see my bedroom furnuture static, a moment in time once lived.  

When I was nineteen I moved to London and instead of changing furniture I moved to a new flat every six months instead. Ocassionally I would stay a little longer, but for the most part I was on the move. After this my moving habit expanded, so I changed country every six months. When it came to applying for a US visa the box provided on the form for "where you've lived for the past 5 years" was unsurprisingly no match for my multitude of abodes.This habit of change continued when I moved to the US. 

The point here is that where you are on the planet, which relationship or job you're in doesn't make an iota of difference; its what's going on within that matters. My desire for change created situations where I was always on the move. I attracted those situations to me. When I married Win we didn't settle down in his home in Washington, DC. We chose to travel in a motor home. We were snowbirds. New York during the summer then Florida and Mexico in the winter months. We bought a condo in Mexico but still only lived in it part of the year.

What Color is CHANGE?

The color of change and transformation is traditionally VIOLET, but in truth all colors have the essence of change within them. When I tune into the color of change for me at this moment I see BLUE. I ask my guides "with respect to change what does blue mean for me." I see the image of a clear blue sky, it means limitless, clarity, vision, far reaching ideas, imagination, and unity.

This feeling to create external change has always been with me.  As the saying goes "a change is as good as a rest." And indeed it is. I have no problem with change. Whenever i feel the energy getting heavy I know its time to start moving something. The movement I create externally always has an impact on my internal world.

I hadn't been in one place since I was nineteen. I was quite happy to move around. Then five years ago that changed. We built a house and oh boy, staying in one home is wonderful, BUT, my desire for change got me moving furniture again! This past week I moved things around in my office. It looks and feels much better. Interestingly though there is change in the heavens too, so now it has me wondering if all the times I moved furniture, flat, country, if there were events going on in the cosmos that urged me to change.

The new Moon in Gemini and various aspects to and around it are auguring change for many people. I have a number of friends who are doing the same thing as me, they're getting rid of stuff, moving furniture around, clearing out their closets, and tidying up their lives. Not just personally but professionally as well. If you watch this week's ColorScope Show you'll see the changes happening in my office. I was only part way through when I made the video. 

It probably takes more energy to resist change than it does to simply go with it. Louise Hay said "people would rather die than change." We are changing all the time. The cells of your body are in constant transformation, each time you breath you are moving through change and with every thought and emotion there is change in your electromagetic field too. How do I know? Because I see it. It's really beautiful to see all the colors moving around your aura when you are moving through change. If you're stuck so is the energy around you. Remember everything in your external life is a reflection of what's going on within.
