I have been considering changing up some of our ways of shifting from different realities. Here in your everyday reality, I invite you to just ask what is my frequency or what is my dimension at this now moment?

Some of you may hear a number, you may feel something you, may see something. The ways in which you can interpret this is fully your own. But the reason I ask is I would like for you to become accustomed to asking yourself this question so that you will begin to discern, “ah I can shift my vibration upward a little. I thought it was over here but I’m hearing that something in me is still holding me down here.”
