The Council: A Gap in the Evolution of Living Animals?

The Council: A Gap in the Evolution of Living Animals?

A researcher is questioning William LePar’s spiritual source, The Council on the evolutionary cycle of living creature and specifically asking about a possible gap in the cycle.

Questioner:  In the evolution of living creatures there appears to be a gap between the birth of a new species and the one from which it apparently sprang.  What is the process; that is, does the new specie, is it born from the strain which produced it or is there some other way that the new species appears?

The Council:  Now this would be in reference to the animal kingdom?

Questioner:  Yes.

The Council:  Each type of animal has a quality of consciousness to it that man does not recognize.  The consciousness and the spirituality of each animal is determined by its effects on the total picture of the material manifestation and its purpose and service to mankind. The missing gap comes in the evolutionary process at the time when that conscious factor is established within that form. Do you understand?

Questioner:  No.

The Council:  At that time there is a definite breaking-off point of one area of service; the changeover from that level of service to the next level of service.  When this changeover point in evolution comes, there also is an increased conscious factor, a spiritual factor added to that process.  In that situation then, there is a drastic change in the evolutionary spiral or process which appears to be a gap.  In fact, it is not a gap, but it is a natural stepping-up because of the conscious factor involved.  The conscious factor is not related to the form itself, but the form is related to the conscious factor.
