Beloved ones of light!

While everyone enjoys sunny days, great food and moments of focusing on aspects of life that bring excitement and joy, we remind you that there is also much to be gleaned from ordinary days!

If you are receiving this communication, you are alive with awareness in consciousness! Be thankful as you remain in the earth school to gather experiences that create light as you interact with other souls in disguise! You are here together in projected form by your higher self!

You dance and play in duality and all seems beautiful! And then news comes and disrupts your day. Someone is sick, there is another war, food prices are rising. Maybe you have just wrecked your car or lost your employment. The list of woes is endless. You actually expect the worst in many of these moments!

But as you have learned well, nothing remains the same. Energy is moving and exploding in frequencies unseen to you! But as you feel the swirling energy there might be a feeling that you have no control in your circumstances. We are here to remind you that you have a choice in all that happens moment by moment.

Knowing that everything has a frequency of connection to ‘be’ will allow you the perspective of light! With dreary and boring days, there will be days of bliss and joy! For every argument, there will be moments of humor and laughter! Focus your awareness on love and this will be your reality!

For every war that begins, there will be resolution and peace. You have the opportunity to create the scenario that will assist you by changing your thoughts. This moment is perfect! You are peace within.

In freezing weather, many complain. In hot sunny weather or rainy days, many complain. It is entirely possible to feel that each moment is working for you! Weather, housing or money have nothing to do with the truth that you can have peace in your life.

Change your perspective to love as you understand the beauty of ordinary days. If no one calls you, enjoy the silence and see this as a gift. You can meditate, listen to music, read a book or prepare a meal. You are a soul that is complete and perfect. Connect and align the personality with the soul and joy will be felt in every area of your life!

If you find yourself in the waiting room of a physician’s office or a hospital, use this opportunity to practice mindfulness and presence. This experience will strengthen your being and you will call on this practice many times ongoing. You will remember only the tranquility felt in a challenging moment. Understand also that your higher self guided you to the experience of waiting in patience as you trusted the outcome that would serve your higher good.

Whether you have many children or multiple pets to care for, you are blessed beyond measure. For each act of simple kindness is a way that you are in service to the light! The gift of ordinary tasks for others is a rippling energy that expands in love!

Be thankful for your eyes, ears, legs and body that serve you so well. Feed and nourish each cell with rest and proper food. Nothing has to be perfect when your intention is set for gratitude. Listen to your body and you will know what is needed. You are here now and you matter. We are grateful for your life and endeavors!

Reach out in kindness with smiles and encouragement. You never know what a difference you could be making. See every opportunity as a gift from the light of your being. You brought everything needed to this plane of existence to serve you well in all moments!

Such a simple message and yet it will cover you in all moments. Wear these words as a cloak of love!
