You cannot perceive, you cannot see, even those who have the gift of clairvoyance cannot see this Light because it is of a very high dimension and you are not yet ready to see this Light. What Light am I referring to? Alcyon's central Sunshine.

The Solar Beings are working intensely on this planet all the time, modifying structures, modifying cells, bringing about evolution. Nothing is noticeable to you, many ask themselves: “Is my body changing? But I see nothing, I feel nothing?” And you won't see it, because this transformation is in another frequency, in a much higher frequency than the one you live in today. So don't expect to take a picture of your bodies and see a bunch of crystals, that's not how it works. You just need to be sure and aware that everything is being changed.

All existing organisms on this planet are being altered, all without exception. The change, the evolution is happening for everyone, this change, this evolution brings positives and negatives. The positive points are exactly those that need to be looked at, treated and eliminated. There is no way to leave anything aside anymore, because everything that is left aside will grow frighteningly and the moment will come when it swallows up your path and you will no longer have any way to leave it aside. For it will become a great wall in front of you, and you will not move until you tear it down. And how to take it down? With much Love, with forgiveness, with wisdom and with learning.

It is important, my brothers, that new postures happen in the walk of each one of you. The change in thinking, the change in acting, the change in speaking, the change in eating… There are many necessary changes, but don't understand with this that you need to do everything at once. You have to be aware that you need to change and insist on change, it is not easy and it is not simple. The tendency is for you to give up because it is complex, we know it is, but it is necessary. So have willpower, have a goal, be focused on each of the changes you decide to make.

I would say behavior is the most important point, because thoughts bring actions, words, feelings. So therein lies the biggest problem. New ways of thinking, new ways of acting, new ways of speaking need to be adopted. A more Loving speech, a slower walk, the execution of your tasks with Love and always finishing, never leaving for tomorrow what can be done today. Each started task must be started and ended. If you are aware that you will not be able to finish today, as far as possible, do not start it today, do the small tasks that you know you will start and finish today.

It's important because small tasks, all together, become problems, big obstacles. So, if you finish each of the small tasks, which shuffled and confused basket starts to empty, leaving only those tasks that effectively cannot be completed in a single day, but you are aware and in control of it. It's no use for you to start with the most complicated ones, always start with the simplest tasks, those that you will complete. And you will realize, as if little by little, you will be able to do so many things at the end of the day, that you will be surprised, because they started and ended, there was nothing left for tomorrow.

This is the moment to find everything that you left aside, to do a search in your own path of life, of the things that you like and that you never did, or that you did one day and stopped. It is time to bring them back, to bring happiness and joy. Find a moment for yourself, within all the tasks you have to do, find a moment, a minute, ten, half an hour, an hour, it doesn't matter. Choose something that satisfies you, find your moment and little by little, make everyone around you respect this moment. They will know that they cannot interrupt you, because you are in your moment and you will respect their moment.

That moment when each one will be facing themselves, maybe meditating, maybe doing something that brings them pleasure, but that's it. Only with yourself, only with your soul, only with your Divine Presence. Because in this moment, in this moment of solitude, you will find the answers, the exits, the solutions because you are focused on you, not on the surroundings. It may be difficult to start long periods, so start small periods, five minutes. Y ' all don't lock yourself up to shower, to do something that is purely yours? So shut yourself up for five minutes and look within, into your souls, talk to your souls, talk to the Divine Presence.

It may be that at the beginning, you don't receive anything, you don't have answers, but it is precisely insistence and constancy that will make this happen. And with time, you will be able to extend this time little by little, where everyone will know that at that time, you cannot be interrupted, because you will be meditating, looking inside. What you will be doing is not the problem of those around you, but the big goal you will achieve, which is time with yourself. You need this time, you need this attitude, this action.

Don't forget, now is the time to look inside, not outside. It's your walk that needs to be cleaned, crushed, resolved, not the other's. Each one will be doing this process at their own time, because everyone is gaining awareness, everyone will know that they will need to interiorize themselves, each one in their own time, each one in their own trajectory. Now don't wait for the other one: "Oh, I'll do it when everyone else does it." No, you will do it today, now, because this is your time, this is your moment, or you wouldn't be here listening to me.

Look inside yourselves and perceive the necessary changes, the necessary evolutions and be sure that by bringing all this to your consciences, you will be able to change. Because those who command are their minds, but at this moment, it will be the heart that will command. Because he will be enlightened and serene and his mind will just obey. Try to do this, try to have a personal time so that you can effectively find your own path, your own changes and the correct path towards the Light.
